DoggCrapp – DC Stretches

Here are the stretches for Doggcrapp training to go with the main article. Perform each one right after each exercise. You are aiming for about 60 seconds, make sure to start slow and stretch the muscle more and more. Every time you perform these you want to try to stretch a bit deeper and hold it for longer.
