		<description>One tip for finding your natural deadlift foot position is to jump or hang from something and drop and look at how your feet land. I’ve seen this thrown around different places and I’ve used it myself. For me, it a little bit inside of shoulder width, and I put my hands just outside of my legs, and they are usually straight down from my shoulders (dur). If your grip ends up outside of your shoulders, you end up with a larger range of motion, and therefore, more work.</description>
