SS is straight set. Which means you do it in a traditional manner without rest-pausing it.

Good luck implementing this program!

In the DC Template for the B routine, I see "SS" next to Quad, Hamstring, etc. i.e. 20SS. Is this for Super Set? What does that 20 rep set look like, how much rest, etc. Thank you for your quick response. I am very much looking to give this method a try!

I've only been training hard for about a year now but everything I do is based around DC. Allow me to first say that, after much research and discussion, Dante is the all knowing entity of bodybuilding. The beauty of the DC is that it is a foundational format that can be shaped to what has worked best for your particular body - stick with the basic concepts and build from there. You won't find any pictures of Dante (maybe just a limb here and there) because it's more powerful to his own persona to just be a disembodied wealth of mass muscle growing know-how. He does claim to be 6' and around 305 but stays at the 280-290 range because that's where he likes to be. CONCLUSION: if you want to transform your body into a tank - follow Dante.

While I do agree that this training method if for the more advanced bodybuilders, I also believe that his stretches can be used by all bodbuilders. Talk about seriously stretching the muscle facia!!
