		<description>Well have been using this program since Sep 11.  I am doing my first powerlifting meet &quot;RAW&quot;.  I am over 40 &amp; will be in the 220 weight class.  I can say saw a lot of gains &amp; I am very motivated to compete.  Below are my PR&#039;s for the meet.  Will let you know how I do.

		<description>You should be fine. One thing I recommend is not to eat less but to eat better. Eating less will likely cause to under eat at times and overeat at the others.</description>

		<description>I am 57, and I am at  250 lbs, @ 511, I need to take off 80lbs I started a workout where I only hit the major Muscles Chest: Bench press, arms: Bicep curl, Tris: extensions, Legs: hack Squat &amp; leg curls, crunches, calf: seated,  Back:barbell rows dead lift, shoulder press, traps shrugs. I do 4 set @ 5-4-3-2. I do 20mins of walking, and try to eat less, Am I on the right track to lose weight and gain muscle, I do this workout four days a week?</description>
