This forum is dead so I thought I'd post up tips for us people that lack time when it comes to the whole cooking thing.
1) Cook in bulk. You already know at least 5 of your meals in a week are going to involve chicken... well if you bake/bbq a bunch at a time it doesn't take much longer than it would to cook up one breast. Just bag the rest and put in the fridge.
2) Lean ground beef is your friend! It takes little time to cook up in a pan and use for stir fry or taco meat and you can drain the fat off if you want.
3) Stir fry's are easy to make in bulk. Cook up a bunch of meat, toss in some teriyaki sauce, and some veggies of all sorts and cook up until veggies are soft. Can then bag it up and store in the fridge.
4) Meal replacement shakes. Whey protein with some flaxseeds/peanut butter/olive oil/etc, anything to make it more calorie dense and digest slower. Make in milk for more protein/fats.
5) I know it's boring but getting used to eating the same things over and over will help save time in prep work as well.
